The Gathering Room is ideal for small, intimate gatherings up to 22 people. Capacity varies depending on the layout and type of event. If you’re unsure whether the space fits your needs, feel free to reach out before booking.

Yes. You’re welcome to adjust the layout to suit your event, as long as everything is returned to its original setup at the end of your booking.

Yes. All setup, event time, and breakdown must take place within your reserved time block.

Light refreshments are welcome. Please be mindful of the space and clean up thoroughly before leaving. We also have a prep space for your food down the hall.

Activities that pose a safety risk or could damage the space are not permitted. If you’re unsure whether your event is a good fit, we’re happy to talk it through ahead of time.
