Your rental includes access to the full studio space, natural light, available backdrops, curated furniture and props, and open floor space for flexible setups. The studio is designed to be easy to work in and simple to reset between sessions.

The studio is best suited for small to medium-sized shoots. We recommend keeping groups to a manageable size so the space remains comfortable and functional. If you plan to bring a larger team or multiple clients, please reach out ahead of time.

Natural light is the primary light source in the studio. Renters are welcome to bring their own lighting equipment. As studio offerings evolve, additional lighting options may be added.

Yes. Furniture and props may be moved to fit your shoot, as long as everything is returned to its original place at the end of your booking.

Yes. All setup, shooting, and cleanup must take place within your booked time. Please plan accordingly so the studio is ready for the next guest.

Absolutely. The studio works well for mini sessions and pop-ups. If you’re planning multiple clients back-to-back, be sure to book enough time to allow for transitions.

Yes. Proof of insurance is required for all photo studio rentals. Renters must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming The Loft as additionally insured prior to their booking.
If you don’t carry annual business insurance, one-day liability insurance is an option and works well for single sessions or occasional rentals. This can typically be purchased online and submitted before your scheduled studio time.

To protect the space, items such as glitter, confetti, smoke effects, open flames, or anything that may damage floors, walls, or furniture are not permitted without prior approval.
